Competitions

Dash Dash

This year we'll have two different competitions, on line with the 2 main tastes of modding.

  • Technical, performance and functionality competition

This competition will evaluate participant's works from a technical point of view. Positive aspects include manual modification, work involved, originality, functionality of modifications, performance boost, additional electronics, etc. In order to be evaluated, participants must reply to jury member questions about the modification (i.e. how was it made, where the parts came from, or any other question)

  • Aesthetics competition

This competition will evaluate participant's works just for their aesthetic improvement. Positive aspects include visual appeal, originality and work involved in the construction of the modification. Computer performance doesn't matter as long as it is not negatively affected (for example, continuous hangs because of heat). In order to be evaluated, participants must reply to jury member questions about the modification (i.e. how was it made, where the parts came from, or any other question)

Dreams Dreams

To participate in one or both competitions, the participant must fill in one form for each competition on the party place's extranet. It is important to fill in where he will seat, so that jury members don't have problems to locate him.
