Description: Just when the excitement of the last tournament, which has already gone down in history, began to fade, rumours about a new world tournament, rumours leaving enigmas in their wake, began to spread like wildfire among the martial arts fighters around the world.

Rules:

• The knock-out phase will take place at BO3, the final will be at BO5
• Each fight will consist of 3 99-second rounds.
• The participants must be in place at the time of the  fight or they will forfeit the fight.
• Players are free to change the fighter between fights and between knock-out rounds.
• The Ultra can be changed even if the character is not changed between round and round.
• The character may be blindly picked in the semi-finals and the final if the players so wish. In the semi-final and final, each player will tell the organiser which character is going to play without the rival knowing and then they will be selected, thus avoiding “counterpicking”.
• The users may bring their own controls to take part in the competition, although wireless controls or with macros/turbos will not be allowed.
• Each player will have to tune their controls before beginning to fight and may not do so halfway through the fight. It is the responsibility of the participants to have the control ready before each fight.
• The map will be picked at random.  If a specific map has been selected, they will restart with a random map and if that occurs repeatedly, the player causing it will be eliminated.
• Players may not stop a fight without good reason and will forfeit the round should that occur.
  
  

The organisation is not responsible for the equipment provided by the participants.

The general regulations will apply along with these rules.

In any event, the organiser’s decision takes precedence over the rules.
