Rules for Call of Duty: Black Ops II (GameGune)

  • Game Version: Call of Duty: Black Ops II
  • Platform: XBox 360
  • Maximun number of players per team: 5 people
  • General Provisions
    • Competition Mode: 4 versus 4
    • 3 consecutive game modes will be played: Hardpoint, Search & Destroy and Capture the Flag.
    • The first team to win two game modes.
    • Organization will be able to connect to the server as an observer either to do the streamer or administrative task
    • Players are not into the game 5 minutes after the official match start, the captain will determine if they play or leave.
      If the captain agrees to play, they will play with the people are already into the game.
    • Players have to record demos into the X-Box.
    • Players must be enrolled and duly accredited for play the GameGune Tournament.
    • Players have to own a validated account of XBox live with the game.
  • General Game Settings
    • Group Stage: One time each mode.
      If a team scores 2 modes, the match finish inmediately
    • Victory Condition: The first team that scores 2 modes of game
    • Bracket Stage: One time each mode.
      If a team scores 2 modes, the match finish inmediately
    • Victory Condition: The first team that scores 2 modes of game
    • Final Stage: The final will be played at Bo5: HP-S&D-CtF-HP.
      If a team scores 3 modes, the match finish inmediately
    • Final Victory Condition: The team that has the less amount of lost games, which can be zero if the winner's bracket team wins the first game

    • General Settings
    • Scorestreaks: Allowed.
    • Score Streak Delay: 15 seconds.
    • Team Change In-Game: Not Allowed.
    • 3rd Person Spectating: Allowed (Only for the organization).
    • Revenge Voice: No.
    • Hardcore: Off.
    • Dynamic Map Elements: Off.
    • Friendly Fire: On.
    • Game Recording: On.

    • Game Mode: Hardpoint
    • Time Limit: 10 minutes
    • Score Limit: 250 points.
    • Lifetime: 1 minute.
    • Capture Time: None.
    • Activation Delay Time: None.

    • Game Mode: Search & Destroy
    • Time Limit: 1 minute 30 seconds
    • Round Win Limit: 6 rounds.
    • Switch Side: Every Round.
    • Bomb Timer: 45 seconds.
    • Plan Time: 5 seconds.
    • Silent Plant: Yes.
    • Defuse Time: 7,5 seconds.

    • Game Mode: Capture the Flag
    • Win Condition: Total Flag Captures
    • Time Limit: 5 minutes
    • Capture Limit: 10 flags.
    • Respawn Delay: 5 seconds.
    • Round Limit: 2 rounds.
    • Enemy Carrier: Delayed.
    • Auto Return Time: 30 seconds.
    • Pickup Time: Instant.
    • Return Time: Instant.
    • In case of a tie, you must play overtime till a winner is determined.

    • A coin toss will determine wich team is in each side
    • Official HP Maps: Yemen, Express, Raid, Slums, Standoff y Hijacked.
    • Official S&D Maps: Cargo, Express, Meltdown, Raid, Slums, Standoff y Aftermath.
    • Officiales CtF Maps: Raid, Slums y Standoff.
    • Only team leaders are allowed to use public in-game messages
      This rule also applies when dead
      Use of public messages by any member other than the team leader will result at least with a warning
      Other team members must only use team messages
    • The fiveth player or coach can coach the players from behind the team during freeze time
      If continues to talk to the players after the freeze time has ended, the team will be given at least a warning
    • The fiveth player or coach must go outside the tournament area if Referee ask him to leave

  • Unfair practices Subject to Penalty
    • Use of cheat programs is not allowed
    • Use of bug maps is not allowed
    • Organization can check for the use of any unfair practice or scripts
    • If the organization decides that external conditions give unfair advantage to a player, the team will be given at least a warning
  • Penalties
    • Organization will determine the penalty in any kind of unfair practices:
      • Warning
      • Loss of the game
      • Player suspension
      • Player disqualification
      • Team disqualification
  • Disconnections during a match
    • If all the players cannot play due to an unintended, unforeseen accident, the match will be restarted
    • In the case of intentional disconnection, organization will sanction the offending team
  • Protests can be filed only by the team leader or the coach
    If a player does not agree to any rulings made, he can express his protest to the referee before the start of the match
    Any intentional refusal to connect to the match server can result in a default loss for the team
  • If a rematch is decided by an organizer, the team that does not follow this decision will be subject to disqualification.

These rules can be partially or totally changed by the organization before a game starts.
