Juries list

PUBLIC VOTING

 - The voting will be made through the net, with any html-capable browser. The organizers will have some computers with browsers so that if somebody can't vote from his/her computer, or doesn't have one, he/she can still vote.

 - The voting for each compo will begin when all entries for that compo have been shown in the big screen.

 - The votings will finish some hours before the prize ceremony. The exact time will be announced soon.

 - The voting will consist in evaluating each production in the compo, a giving between 0 and 10 points. Each person will have to evaluate all entries in a compo, but only those compos he/she has watched on the big screen and he has enough knowledge to judge.

 - Please, DO NOT evaluate entries that you didn't watch or that are of part of a compo that you don't know enough.

 - The voting results will not be public until the prize ceremony, where the competition winners will be announced. Afterwards, the complete results will be made available. The individual vote of each person will not be public.

EXPERT JURY

JURYs

 - Jurys will have a maximun of 15 people.

 - Jury members can be participants and no participants.

JURY ELECTION

 - We're doing a voting for electing jury members.

 a) First, we'll receive proposals (until 8th of July)

 b) Aften receiving proposals, the people will choose between 1 and 10 people for each cetegory. If someone votes mora than 10 people, his vote will be discarded. (between 9th and 17th of July)

This voting will be public. This voting will be valid only if more than 50 people vote.

The voting is being held in demoscene-sp mailing list. You go there, or send your proposals and votes to enlar@euskal.org.

 - Jury's 15 members will be those that got more votes, with these two conditions: they must have at least 10 votes or atleast 50% of the votes received by the first one. If there aren't enough people, the juries will be smaller, with only the people fulfilling the requirements.

If someone doesn't want to be a jury member, his pleace will be taken with the next person in the list, as long as fulfills the requirements. If the resulting jury has less than 7 people, the organization reserves its right to add more members up to complete a jury of 10 people.

If there isn't enough participation, the Expert Jury will be selected by the organization.

THE VOTING

 - All jury members will evaluate all entries, by means of a system to be defined.

 - Jury members that take part in the compo, can choose not to evaluate their own (or their groups) work. In such a case, their evaluation mark will be the mean of all other jury members mark, rounded to the nearest integer, and rounding to the higher integer in case of the half (.5).

 - Jury member's votings will be public, unless a jury member wants it to be secret. In that case the exact marks will be secreat and only known by the organization.

The voting-time is now over.
