Zumba

Zumba is a fitness discipline focused, on the one hand, on keeping healthy and, on the other hand, on developing, strengthening and making your body more flexible by means of dance movements with a series of aerobic routines.. Zumba uses the main Latin-American rhythms, such as salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggaeton and samba, in its routines. You can burn 1500 calories in each Zumba session. It is wonderful for getting rid of stress and releasing endorphins.  There is nothing like a little exercise to be able to carry on with the other activities, feeling positive again and having a great time.

Zumba is for anyone and at any age (both women and men). And thanks to our private teacher, María, you can try it out for yourself.

Come along prepared to get moving to the stage at 12.00 midday on the Saturday and Sunday.
