The AI Contest is back! Your mission will be to program a robot to play a simple game for two players. The robots will compete against each other and there will be prizes for the authors of the best artificial intelligences. The challenge this year will be the same as last year, the Faros Láser game. You can find the documentation and download examples and the game motor from the following repository.
The bots will run under ArchLinux in a separate process with communication by stdio. The game will be played on a turn-by-turn basis (not in real time).
The bots can be developed in any programming language that is available in the Arch Linux official repositories and a README with the list of dependencies and compilation instructions must be included. You can find an example written in Python in the aforementioned GitHub repository.
