Accreditation
Accreditation will start on Thursday 21st at 16:00pm and finish on Monday 25th at 17:00pm:

Attendants will be allowed to stay in the party place for the 21st to 22nd night. The party place must be left on Monday 25th, there being no chance to remain there for the night.
Information on space to spend the night
It will be possible to sleep on the site, in the rest area intended for this purpose, from the night of the 21st until the night of the 24th. Therefore, the site must be abandoned on the 25th after the event has ended and it will not be possible to spend that night there.
Each participant must bring their own camping equipment (sleeping bag, mat, inflatable mattress or tent).
Ropes may not be used for holding tents, i.e. they must be self-assembling type.
Also, tents and the mattresses must be of the smallest size possible, i.e. they should be proportionate to the number of people that are going to use them.
Tents and mattresses that do not meet these conditions may not be installed, unless there are justified reasons which have been exceptionally authorised by the organisation.
We expect that if all you respond to this request we will not have difficulties of space. Anyway, if any problems arise because a participant has ignored the instructions given, this organization will be obliged to ask those responsible to remove the elements that have caused them. Showers located in pavilion number 4. The hours of use will be:

One day tickets
There are two possible ways of being at Euskal Encounter: getting a four-days entrance ticket following the usual process, or getting a one-day ticket. One-day tickets cost 10 € and you might get them at the accreditation office in its validity hours.
These tickets will be valid from 11:00 to 20:00, and will only be available on 22, 23 and 24 July (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and they don't entitle you to connect a computer in the partyplace.
