The theme chosen for this year will be a surprise until the day of the party. The photographs have to be taken in the BEC or its immediate proximity.  The photos should always contain some aspect referring to the party.

There are no limits on the size of the image, colour technique or depth, but it can’t be modified with a photo editing program. However, you should take into account that the photos will be judged on a large screen, but that does not mean the files need to be huge.

You can upload your entries (maximum 3 photos per participant) to the Intranet before 20.00 p.m. on the Saturday.

Do not forget to include your name or nickname and seat at the party. The videos will be screened on Saturday night. The Organisers reserve the right not to screen those productions whose contents are offensive (specifically, ours) or are deemed to be inappropriate.
