Presence and results
Teams
After 20 minutes for the time organisers decided for a competition round without a team appearing or entering the server, that round might be considered lost for them or even disqualified from the competition. I the team appeared but were lacking some of the players, their captain may decide whether they play or not.

After 30 minutes of the end of each round without results having been delivered, those players will be disqualified and if necessary a draw will be organised to go on with competition.
Results must be delivered by captains or players who have won the matches through GamEK, the game intranet, or by duely communicating them to the game organiser.
Waiting time
Players and teams, should their opponent not be present, have to try and locate them even going to the very place where they sit, and doing all their best to play the match.
Anyway, if none of these were useful they have to wait at the game area or in the server for 20 minutes, after which if the opponent is still absent they must talk to organisers, but never leave the server without the organisers’ permission.
If a team member or just one player were taking part in another competition, an effort will be made to wait for them to finish. Should the waiting be too long, or interfere with other timetable and events, organisers will decide the match lost for the absent ones.
Substitutions
Teams
Substitutions will not be allowed except for: Hardware problem or major force. In these cases the match will be paused (if the game made it possible) and organisers asked. Should the game not enable the pause, they will continue while the affected player talks to organisers. If they consider it suitable they will allow a substitution player to enter the game as long as he was previously part of the team.
One player competitions
Substitutions are not allowed all the tournament round.
