Kode5 in Euskal Encounter

Global gaming"revolution is here. It is called KODE5.

KODE5 takes part in a series of regional events in 16 countries to find the best gamers all over the world.

Euskal Encounter has been chosen by Kode5 to represent Spain Three tournaments have been selected to find the best players in every region.

• Counter Strike 1.6*
• Quake 4
• Warcraft 3 TFT

Winners will achieve a place in the Kode 5 finals to fight the best players in the world.

* The Counter Strike 1.6 competition:

The best 4 teams in the amateur competition will play a mini qualifier against the best 4 teams in the GameGune. The winner of this latest competition will get the place for the world finals to be held in China.

Finals & prize

Counter Strike 1.6 and Warcraft 3

World finals will be held in Beijing, China, between 28 and 30 September 2006.

KODE5 will pay 70% of the flight to China.

Quake 4

World finals will be held in the "Game Convention", Leipzig, Alemania between 24 and 27 August 2006.

KODE5 will pay 70% of the flight to Germany.
