Once again Scene will be present in this year's edition of Euskal Encounter. There will be little news concerning rules or competitions, except for the fact that some of them have definitely disappeared.

We will keep on using the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license for all the presented works.

The presentation of a work to a contest involves acceptance of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license for it. If there isn't a license.txt file with the work or if the license in it is more restrictive than the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license it will be overriden whit the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs.

So that Scene can have the importance we believe it deserves in the party, we will continue using the preferent reservation system.

• We're giving a preference reservation to sceners, as we did in previous editions. To get a preference reservation, make the preinscription in our extranet and send an email to bloodrinker. You can attach some urls with works if you feel that's necessary.

  Groups and sceners given preference reservation, will sign-in and pay the ticket the same way as other attendants. The only difference is that they'll have the reservation before the others.

• There will be a reserve of 192 computer places for sceners, which will be awarded to them, in groups, by the organisers. Should you like your group to be there, just send an e-mail to bloodrinker.

What if a scener is not able to get a preference reservation or if the foreseen 192 seats become exhausted? No problem at all! Anyone can reserve and attend the Euskal Encounter by usual reservation system and choosing places near the Scene area.
