The main change this your will be the requirement to use an Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license int he works exposed.

This license allows the copy, redistribution and reproduction of the work as long as the author is shown, is not used in a commercial way and derivative works are not created.

Each of the works in any of the contests will have to contain a license.txt file inside the ZIP or TGZ file. The license should have to be, at least, as permissive as the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license.

The presentation of a work to a contest implies the acceptance of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license for it. If there isn't a license.txt file with the work or if the license in it is more restrictive than the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license it will be overriden whit the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs license.

We want continue forward improving scener ambient at Euskal, so that Scene has the place we think it must have.

We're doing two things for this to be a reality:

• We're giving a preferal reservation to sceners, as we did last year. To get a preferral reservation, make the preinscription in our extranet and send an email to enlar starting on 1st April; you can attach some urls with works if you feel that's necessary.

  Groups and sceners given preferal reservation, will sign-in and pay the ticket the same way as other attenders. The only difference is that they'll have the reservation before the others.

• We're reserving 256 computer places for sceners. These seats will be given to sceners by the organization, by groups. To ask your group to be there, just send an email to enlar.

What about a scener that doesn't get a preferal reservation or one of the seats reserved for sceners? There's absolutely no problem! Any person or group can reserve and come to Euskal using our reservation system and choose a computer place near the scene reserved ones.
